Pollution
In Jakarta there is lots of pollution, mainly due to the huge size of the population. There is pollution everywhere in Jakarta, the water is polluted the air is polluted and the streets are polluted. Jakarta is the third most polluted city in the world. Urbanization connects to this because people moving from rural areas to the city contribute to the pollution. Also they may have little knowledge about how bad it is for the environment. People need to learn that what they are doing is bad and they need to learn how to stop it.

Again, so what do you suggest we do about it? Maybe we should set a goal as a class to use TransJakarta just 5 times in the next year; ride our bikes somewhere at least once,... It is easy to complain about things, but a whole other factor to make personal or large scale changes that are going to change the overall situation. Don't get me wrong, I am not perfect. But we all need to take minor steps to avert catastrophe. We keep hearing about climate change, pollution, etc. but why don't we really do anything about it ourselves?
